Atlantic City, New Jersey, has always been connected with the shorefront it sits beside. Because of that the city is threaded through with seafood buffets and inexpensive fried seafood selections that have catered to the millions of Atlantic City gamblers annually. Caesar’s hosts a handful of serious restaurants in Atlantic City, a couple of them award-winning and hugely successful.
Primavera is classic Italian fare. There are so many Italian restaurants in Atlantic City.
Bacchanal serves up a real Roman bacchanalian feast, complete with toga-clad waitresses and non-stop courses of food. This is a theatrical dining experience.
Nero’s Grill is one of Atlantic City’s top notch steak and seafood restaurants. Gorgeous views of the New Jersey shoreline can be had here. The dress is formal as are the dining rooms. Only the best cuts of American aged beef and the freshest local seafood are served.
Tropicana
The Tropicana has recently added an upscale little Havana, called The Quarter, complete with a replica of the original Cuban Tropicana. Here, fine dining and high-end retail shops reside. Visitors must adhere to rules of behavior and dress code.
Carmine’s is modeled on its extremely successful namesake in the heart of Manhattan. This classic Italian restaurant has garnered numerous awards for its cuisine.
Cuba Libre, also located in The Quarter, is a classic Havana-styled restaurant and bar with traditional Cuban fare.
The Borgata Hotel, Casino and Spa
The Borgata is the newest resort hotel and casino in Atlantic City. In fact, when it was opened in 2003, no other casino had been opened in the area for nearly fifteen years. The Borgata suite of restaurants is state-of-the-art in fine dining for Atlantic City.
Brulee is the only establishment of its kind in Atlantic City, a theatrical dessertery. Chefs create fantastic desserts, even crème brulee, tableside.
Besides the seafood buffets galore, Atlantic city’s newer upscale dining establishments are also intermingled with P.F. Chang’s, a multitude of Italian eateries, barbeque and burger joints and a host of Chinese choices.
